You don’t have to wait until things get really difficult before reaching out.
Life can be challenging at times, and there may be moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. Counselling provides a space to pause, reflect, and talk about what you’re going through with someone who will listen and understand.
Whether you have had counselling before or you are considering it for the first time, you are welcome here. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take that step alone.

Hello there. My name is Earl, I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer counselling services to clients all across the UK.
I’ve always been interested in understanding people and what shapes their experiences. Becoming a counsellor has allowed me to combine that passion with the privilege of supporting others through some of the most important moments in their lives.
I have vast experience working with clients long term, short term, in person and online.
As a mixed race man I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and walks of life. I want you to feel comfortable, heard and accepted from your very first session.
I have counselled clients in both community settings and within a male prison. Working in a prison has given me valuable insight into supporting people facing a wide range of challenges, helping me to approach every client with openness, compassion and understanding.
My counselling approach is person-centred, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I will listen with empathy and respect, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings so that you can find the path that feels right for you.
Outside of my work as a counsellor, I’m a dad and I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I’m also a massive film buff!
I offer a free, no obligation, 15 minute consultation over the telephone. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and find out more about the way I work.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are priced at £50 per session.
Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone, allowing you to choose the format that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
My availability can vary so please get in touch and we can arrange the right day and time for you.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Earl. He has a natural ability to make you feel at ease, and I have always felt able to speak openly and honestly with him without fear of judgement.
Earl is incredibly thoughtful and compassionate, but also has a way of gently challenging your thinking and helping you to see things from a different perspective. I have come away from conversations with him with a much clearer understanding of my own thoughts and feelings, particularly during times when I have felt overwhelmed.
What I value most is that his approach feels genuine. You feel properly listened to and understood, rather than simply being given advice. Earl has helped me enormously and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to someone looking for a kind, approachable and insightful counsellor.
I couldn’t recommend Earl’s services enough. I was instantly comfortable and put at ease with his professional and friendly approach. The sessions he provided helped me overcome what I needed, Earl provided great tools and strategies to help with my problems
